The world today is facing a “GLC “ : a global leadership crisis, as we desperately look to our leaders for vision and inspiration only to be disappointed time and again.

I believe the answer lies within each one of us to step into leadership, find our passion and live with courage and conviction, so that we can all positively impact our world and inspire others to be the best of themselves.  Through self leadership and leading from the “Inside–out”, ordinary people find the power to achieve extraordinary things, however big or small the contribution.

I founded “Arete: Full Potential” (Arete: rising to your true potential) to fulfil my mission of creating Leaders for a Better world in corporate, community and everyday.  This passion for creating emotional intelligent, values-driven leaders has taken me around the world to over 25 countries in Africa, Central Asia, South Asia, and Europe delivering impactful leadership solutions. I am particularly committed to narrowing the global gender gap in leadership and inclusive leadership where we can truly benefit from the diversity in our organizations and take my 15+ years of global corporate experience in talent and leadership development to countries and organisations that are impact driven.
My passion for capacity building projects has taken me to Uganda, Nigeria, Senegal, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan. As well as supporting UN sustainable goals through United Nations Association of Australia, developing entrepreneurs from refugee women and many more exciting projects I have also launched a social enterprise called Worldwide SHEroes in particular, empower women to find their voice, develop self leadership and achieve self-reliance.
